FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 6, 2011, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. BURIAL: Baggett Creek Cemetery in Comanche County. VISITATION: 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday evening at Comanche Funeral Home. Ada Lorene Moore, age 85, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on July 24, 1926, in Ashdown, Arkansas, to Alva D. and Bertha (Thomas) Hill. On November 2, 1953, she was united in marriage to Guy Elthris “Trice” Moore. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2011. Lorene was homemaker, a wonderful wife and mother and an extraordinary grandmother. She was Member of the First Baptist Church of Gustine. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary A. and Julie Moore of Gustine; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryle and Steve Woods of Comanche; three grandchildren, Kristin Woods, Kendra Woodruff, and Scott A. Moore; one great-grandson, Kaison Woods; special nieces, Yvonne Beard of Baycliff, and Margie Cox of Ashdown, Arkansas; and numerous other beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Bren Woods in 2008; three brothers, Raymond Hill, Jim Hill, and Henry Hill; and two sisters, Annie Tyson and Reba Haile.
