FUNERAL SERVICES:  10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 1, 2018, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. BURIAL:  Oakwood Cemetery VISITATION:  6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 31, 2018 at Comanche Funeral Home.
Billie Wayne Bradshaw, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, in Temple, Texas. He was born on December 29, 1926, in Comanche County, Texas, to Will and Dovie (Davis) Bradshaw.  He was a World War II veteran, serving in the Phillipines and Japan.  On January 12, 1947, he was united in marriage to Fannie Jo Thomas in Comanche County.  She preceded him in death on February 25, 2014.  For several years Billie worked in the Comanche Post Office and for thirty years was a postal clerk in Stephenville.  He loved his family and was never happier than when spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He loved farming and ranching and especially loved eating at the Golden Corral and McDonalds in Brownwood.  Billie was a member of Gartman View Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Wanda Bradshaw of Reno, Nevada; grandson, Michael Bradshaw of Crandall; grandson, Nathan Bradshaw of Rockwall; granddaughter, Holli Thrailkill of Reno, Nevada; grandson, Justin Rind of Reno, Nevada; granddaughter, Jennifer Bradshaw of Stephenville; grandson, Jarret Bradshaw of Stephenville; granddaughter, Jessica Bradshaw of Weatherford; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; many nephews and one niece.  He was preceded in death by three sons, Willie Marvin Bradshaw, Billy Mack Bradshaw, and Joe Keith Bradshaw; one brother, McCoy “Mac” Bradshaw; and three sisters, Murnell Johnson, Frances Plumlee, and Joyce Ann McCay.
