Dale Lynn Morgan, age 51, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 in Comanche County, Texas.
She was born on October 11, 1970 in Weisbaden, Hessen Germany to Lloyd Dale Morgan and La Verna Marie Fry Morgan. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Comanche.
Dale Lynn was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age 11, but she never let that slow her down. She never met a stranger and was extra fond of the personnel at Comanche County Medical Center. She spent a lot of time at the clinic and the hospital and called the nurses sisters. Dale loved family gatherings and watching her cousins play sports. She started school at Reese Air Force Base in Lubbock and graduated in San Antonio after a brief time in Comanche.
She is survived by her father, Lloyd Dale Morgan; a brother, Brett Speer, of Medina Lake; two nephews, Glen and Sam Morgan; two aunts, Helen Sue Stallings of Comanche and Martha Farley of DeLeon; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, La Verna Morgan.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at East Side Baptist Church in Comanche where a family lunch will be served afterwards.
If desired, memorials can be made to CAPA or East Side Baptist Church and/or a charity of your choice.
