VISITATION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. LUNCH: Family lunch will be at East Side Baptist Church at 12:00 Noon on Monday. Danny Creek, age 72, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011, at his home in Comanche County, Texas. He was born on July 20, 1938, in Comanche, Texas, to Inzer Creek and Maudie (Roberson) Creek. Danny was a United States Army veteran and served as an M.P. in Williamsburg, Virginia, for three years. On June 22, 1962, he was united in marriage to Sue Bingham in Comanche. After returning from the Service, Danny worked for Clemons Motor Company in the Parts Department for fourteen years, and for thirty-four years worked for Moorman Manufacturing in Comanche. He loved antique automobiles and was a member of Comanche County Car Club and Comanche Antique Tractor Club. Danny was a member of East Side Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sue Creek of Comanche; son, Roger Creek of Comanche; son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Katy Creek of Kohler, Wisconsin; three grandsons, Ian Creek of Kohler, Camron Creek and Logan Creek both of Bangs; sister-in-law, Mary Abbey of Comanche; brothers-in-law, Jack Creek of Goldthwaite, Floyd Bingham of Odessa, Morris Bingham and wife Patricia of Midland, Weldon Bingham and wife Lona of Comanche, Doyle Bingham and wife Joan of Odessa, and Gene Bingham and wife Eldena of De Leon.
