FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. BURIAL: Stag Creek Cemetery in Comanche County. VISITION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, February 2, 2018. Box 176, Sidney, Texas 76747; or a charity of your choice. Delton Eugene Woolsey, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, in Comanche, Texas. He was born on July 29, 1942, to Wayne D. and Della (Hurt) Woolsey. On July 29, 1960, he was united in marriage to Chestine Carouth in Comanche, Texas. Delton was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was employed by Higginbotham Bros. until he retired as a buyer for the lumber yards of the company after more than forty years of service. Delton was a member of the Comanche County Car Club. He was a faithful member of Sidney Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Chestine Woolsey of Sidney; daughter, Michelle Bridges of Overland Park, Kansas; son, Kevin Woolsey of Saginaw; grandchildren, MacKenzie Bridges and Ashley Hinojos; brothers, Joe Woolsey and wife Marv of Augusta, Georgia, Ernest Woolsey and wife Gwen of Comanche, and Winston Woolsey and wife Lorraine of Comanche; sister, Darlene Vasquez of Comanche; and numerous nieces and nephews.
