Dennis Walker

Dennis walker, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2021, in Comanche County, Texas.

He was born on August 15, 1950, in Altus, Oklahoma, to Stanley and Lucille (Ballard) Walker. On June 11, 1976, he was united in marriage to Carmela Marie Brown in Duke, Oklahoma. Dennis was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. God and his family came before anything else in his life. He trained horses and had a passion for team roping. He was a member of Double N Cowboy Church.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Carmela MarieWalker of Comanche; daughter, Crystal Rae Foley of Comanche; son, Dusty Ray Walker and wife Angela of Stephenville; and grandchildren: Mackenzie Foley, Camden Foley, Kannon McCoy, Sophie Walker, Stella Walker, Scarlett Walker and Weston Walker.; aunt, Mary Emma Meadville; brother, Billy Ray Surles and wife Lee; nephews, David Lee Gray, Damien and Justin Surles; and niece, Danica Gray. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Lucille Walker; and sister, Beverly Gray.
