She was united in marriage to Joe Newberry on April 23, 1955 in Hobbs, New Mexico. She was a Baptist and worked as an accountant. Mrs. Newberry is survived by her husband, Joe Newberry, Bend, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Howard and Rebecca Newberry, Wolfe City, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, David and Tina Newberry, San Antonio, Texas; six Grandchildren, ten Great-Grandchildren; three brothers, James Williford, Pearland, Texas; C.L. Williford, Jr., Utopia, Texas; Clay Daughtry, Phoenix, AZ; and one sister, Debbie Johnson, Waco, Texas.
