MEMORIALS: If desired, family requests memorials be made to American Cancer Society, c/o Betty Rackley, 500 Highway 590, Comanche, Texas 76442 Dorothy Nell Evans passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Comanche County Medical Center in Comanche, Texas at the age of 88 years. She was born on December 7, 1927, in De Leon to Jesse and Lillie Maude (Anglin) Lee. She was united in marriage to Arnold Allen Evans on December 16, 1944 in Comanche County. She worked at the cookie factory Choice Baking and did volunteer work for Comanche Cares. She was a wonderful mother and best grandmother around. Survivors include her five children: Lynn and wife Cherie Evans of Purvis, Doris and husband Harold Williford of Comanche, Shirley Ryan of Comanche, Wanda and husband Rob Clyde of Blanket, Ginger Flatt of Comanche; eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
