FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 6, 2014, at Comanche Funeral Home chapel. BURIAL: Downing Cemetery in Comanche County. VISITATION: Family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Frances Enola (Timmons) Elliott Gray, age 96, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014, in San Angelo, Texas. She was born on December 4, 1917, in Comanche County, Texas, to Cary Roy Timmons and Mammie Elizabeth Timmons. She was the fourth child of eight children. Frances was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker. She is survived by four sons: Kindel S. Elliott of San Angelo, Coney J. Elliott of San Angelo, Efferson D. Elliott of San Angelo, and Edward C. Gray and wife Sharon of Millsap; one daughter, Jan Barrett and husband Larry of Jacksonville, Texas; six grandsons: Chad M. Elliott and wife Tausha of San Angelo, Coby Elliott of San Angelo, Jason Elliott and wife Brittany of San Angelo, Justin E. Gray of Millsap, David Crews of Jacksonville, and Aaron Crews of Stephenville; five granddaughters: Debbie Riley and husband Don of Midland, Brandy Rogers of Leander, Lacy J. Whitling and husband Chance of Greeley, Colorado, Ashley Hicks and husband Jackson of San Angelo, and Sheena Shelton of Jacksonville; seven great-grandsons; ten great-granddaughters; one great-great-grandson; and two sisters, Norma Brady of Odessa and Margie Morris of Denton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cary Roy and Mammie Elizabeth Timmons; husbands, Sherman Irby Elliott and Johnnie Gray; four brothers, Jack Timmons, Orval Timmons, Autry Timmons, and Waymon Timmons; and one sister, Doris Mosley.
