Fred Moreno

MEMORIAL SERVICE:  A memorial service will be held at a later date and details will be posted on this site as soon as they become available.   Fred Moreno, age 70, passed awy on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in Comanche, Texas. He was born on September 15, 1949, in Burnet, Texas, to Daniel, Sr. and Dionisia (Ernandes) Moreno.  He was a great father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.  Fred lived in Comanche his whole life and worked for the City of Comanche, until he retired in 2009.  He loved to work and, when not at his ‘regular’ job, he was always busy.  He especially liked harvesting pecans.   He was a Catholic.  From the Family:  FLY HIGH FRED, YOU ARE MISSED; GOD BLESS! He is survived one brother, Daniel Moreno of Comanche; five sisters, Mary Ramirez and husband Julian of Lockhart, Gloria Ramirez of Lockhart, Lucy Ramirez of Lockhart, Viviana Reese and husband Mike of Lockhart, and Paula Perez of Dallas; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel, Sr. and Dionisia Moreno.
