Gilbert Gutierrez, age 47, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020, in Brownwood, Texas.
He was born on September 8, 1973, in De Leon, Texas, to Manuel and Lenore (Banda) Gutierrez. Gilbert was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. From the time he was a young teenager he loved working on cars, and, as he got older, he made his living doing what he liked best as a hardworking mechanic.
He is survived by his daughter, Mercedes Gutierrez; granddaughter, Everleigh Gutierrez; mother, Lenore Gutierrez; brothers, Manuel Gutierrez and Jason Gutierrez; and ten nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Gutierrez; and grandparents, Joe and Stella Gutierrez and Esiquio and Catarina Banda.
