Ginger Marie Seay, age 65, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015, in Kerrville, Texas. She was born on June 1, 1949, in Comanche, Texas to Gene and Joyce (Stark) Seay. Ginger was a homemaker. She was a Methodist. She is survived by her mother, Joyce Seay of Brownwood; sister, Cie Gee and husband Ronnie of San Antonio; uncle, Jerry Stark and wife Louise of Comanche; and aunt, Janice Stark of Dallas. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Seay; brother Richard Eric Seay; and uncle, Thomas Stark.
