Glenn Harris

GRAVESIDE SERVICE:  2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at White Point Cemetery in Comanche County. VISITATION:  6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday night at Comanche Funeral Home. Glenn Harris, age 87, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014, in Comanche County, Texas. He was born on March 3, 1927, in Gustine, Texas, to Nomie and Ethel (Morgan) Harris.   He was a United States Army Veteran.   On July 28, 1945, he was united in marriage to Mary Lou Coulter in Comanche.   She preceded him in death on November 5, 2008.   Glenn was an accountant.   He was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Comanche. He is survived by one son, Ray Harris and wife Carolyn of Comanche; two grandsons, Jimmy Harris and wife Crystal of Comanche, and Stephen Harris and wife Christy of Comanche; two great-grandsons, Taylor Harris and Dylan Harris; two great-granddaughters, Courtney Harris and Kylee Harris; and four sisters, Mae Dell Drake and husband Charles of Idalou, Shirley Burton of Seymour, Maxine Sisk and husband Bobby of Idalou, and Judy Ware of Idalou.
