She was born in Comanche County, Texas to Calvin Thomas and Noliah (Boone) Thomas. She was a Methodist and a Homemaker. Mrs. Reece was united in marriage to John W. Reece on June 1, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas. She is survived by step-son, Jerry Reece, Seattle, Washington; sister, Melba Tupin, Comanche, Texas; and brother-in-law, Eldon Tupin, Comanche, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Reece on June 30, 1980 and by step-son, Mike Reece.
