VISITATION: 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday night at the funeral home. LUNCH: Family will have lunch at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Comanche County at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday. Jeremy Coan, age 33, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2014, in Comanche County, Texas. He was born on August 7, 1980, in De Leon, Texas, to Donald and Kay (Duncan) Coan. He was employed by Saint Gobain in Stephenville in the shipping department. He is survived by his son, Austin Reece Coan of Stephenville; daughter, Katrina Ruth Coan of El Paso; father, Donald Coan of Proctor; mother and step-father, Kay Coan and Stanley McCrum of Comanche; three brothers: Shane Simons of Gatesville, Shannon Coan and wife Aprill of Odessa, and Laston Byrd of Nacogdoches; two sisters: Lisa Pollard and husband Mick of Dublin, and Jennifer Fizer and husband Johnnie of Comanche; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, B.N. and Inez Coan and George and Martha Coalston.
