Jesse Lee Abbey, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in Comanche, Texas
He was born on July 19, 1942, in Comanche, Texas, to Roy Herman and Mary Ina (Drennan) Abbey. On February 24, 1967, he was united in marriage to Rita Elean Bingham in Comanche. Jesse was devoted to his family and worked hard all of his life to provide everything they needed. He was a retired truck driver and Comanche County employee.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Elean Abbey of Comanche; daughters, Shana Tucker and husband Robert of Comanche, Mary Smart and husband Chad of Comanche, and Sharon Stout and husband Steven of Comanche; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ina Abbey; and sister, Betty Abbey.
