Jimmy Crader

A Memorial Service has not been set at this time. Jimmy Dale Crader, age 73, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016, in Comanche County, Texas. He was born on August 22, 1942, in Lubbock, Texas. Jimmy was the son of Harold Wayne and Artie Inez (Wright) Crader. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. On September 4, 1987, he was united in marriage to Norma J. Hicks in Wichita Kansas. He was previously married to Helen Anita Graham in January, 1960. Jimmy Dale managed a pawn shop. For many years he worked as a sheet metal worker and also tended bar in Wichita, Kansas. He was a member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his wife, Norma J. Crader of Gustine; sons, James Wayne Crader and wife Tina of Midlothian and Tony Neveling of Texas; daughters, Lisa Cavell and husband Robert of Grandview, and Kayla Darlene Patton and husband Richard of Arlington; nine grandchildren – Kale Crader, Brandon Crader, Tyler Word, Kristen Word, Kade Patton, Britney Patton, Colt Crader, Daniel Durham and Dana Durham; numerous great-grandchildren; and niece, Kalyn Worthey of Watauga. He was preceded in death by one sister, Pam Woodrum.
