John Cunningham

MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. John Burton Cunningham, Jr., age 68, of Cisco, Texas went to be with our Lord on June 14, 2014. He was born on February 23, 1946, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Burton and Betty Cunningham. John graduated from Comanche High School In 1964 and in 1969 he earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A& M University. He was loved and cherished and will be missed by all. John is survived by three daughters; Kelly and husband Butch Jessup of Paint Rock, Holly and husband Bryan Kizer of New Braunfels and Kayci Cunningham of Carbon. He had seven beloved grandchildren; Taylor Jessup, Blayke and Taner Shott, Alexa Cunningham-Kizer, Reagan Jessup, Johnathan Cunningham and Bryson Kizer; one sister, Mary Cunningham Howard of Fort Worth,. John is also survived by a niece and three nephews, and three great nieces and a great-nephew as well as multiple cousins. John was preceded in death by his parents Burton and Betty Cunningham and one sister, Jean Cunningham.
