Joy Nell Humphrey, 93, passed away on December 12, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas. She was united in marriage to Loron Kathel Humphrey of 52 years. She was a loving woman and housewife whose family was her entire life.
Joy is survived by son, Ron Humphrey and daughter-in-law Patsi of Lovington, NM; daughter Karen Crowell and son-in-law Dean of Alto, NM; son Jeff Humphrey of Sweetwater, Tx; sister Geraldine Cottrell of Comanche, Tx.
Joy is preceded in death by Loron Kathel Humphrey husband of 52years; one son, Loron Dale; mother Hettie Ormsby; sister Jettie Mooney of Killeen, Tx; brother Jessie Stratton of Moody, Tx; brother Larry Ormsby of San Antonio, Tx.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be sent to a donation of your choice or the Hospice of Lubbock.
