Joyce LaDale Seay, age 88, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018, in San Angelo, Texas. She was born on July 20, 1930, in Comanche, Texas, to Thomas Stark, Sr. and Faye (Frazier) Stark.On March 17, 1948, she was united in marriage to Gene Pinkney Seay in Comanche. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1991.   She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  For more than nineteen years Joyce worked for Comanche County Telephone as Billing Supervisor and Administrative Assistant. She is survived by her daughter, Cié Gee and husband Ronnie of San Antonio; grandsons, Noah Gee and Sam Gee, both of San Antonio; brother, Jerry Stark and wife Louise of Comanche; sister-in-law, Jan Stark of Dallas; and nephew, Troy Stark of Comanche. She was preceded in death by infant son, Richard Seay; parents, Thomas (Sr.) and Faye Stark; daughter, Ginger Seay; and brother, Thomas Stark, Jr.
