Kenneth was born on August 26, 1951, in Dallas, Texas to Howard and Edna (Crews) Steele. He was a car salesman. He was united in marriage to Doris Cotten, in Port Aransas, on June 9, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Steele; daughter, Stephanie Mangrum; son, Maddison Steele; grandchildren, Gunner Schnezder, with many step-grandchildren; brother, Oscar Steele; and sisters, Augustine Boyd, Loraine Smith, Yvonne Blair, and Eileen Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Edna (Crews) Steele; sisters, Evelyn, Florence, and Margie; and brothers, Eddie and Leroy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 11, 2022, at 4:00 PM at 149 Joe Road Proctor, Texas.
