Kennith was united in marriage to Beverly Ann Barret for 39 years. She preceded him in death on December 6, 2000. Mr. Sliger worked as a superintendent for Moorman’s Manufacturing in Comanche for many years. After retiring, he worked for Sliger Construction business and as a rancher. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Comanche. He is survived by his son, Keith Sliger of Comanche; daughter, Laura Parker of Snyder; son, Kevin and Cheryl Sliger of Comanche; grandchildren, Todd Sliger, James Parker, Kayla and Jacob Chambers, Amy Parker, Brad Thackerson, Lori Thackerson; brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Eva Nell Sliger of Comanche; brother, Roy Sliger of Comanche; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Berett and Ruby Ethel Sliger; and by a brother, T. W. Sliger. Funeral Services will be at the at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche with Rev. Gerald Burns officiating.
