He was born on March 11, 1935, in Comanche, Texas, to James and Bonnie (Bowman) Biggs. Lloyd worked for the Texas Highway Department for many years. In 1977, he married Peggy Welch in Jacksboro, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, and pawpaw. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Biggs of Comanche; three sons, Brad and wife Cindy of Comanche; Steve and wife Marilyn of Comanche; Randy and wife Kimberly of Blacksburg, Virginia, one daughter, Pam and husband Mark of Stephenville; nine grandchildren: Jarrad, Kasey, Cody, Cameron, Jacey, Kolton, Taylor, Kayelee, Ty and Ali; five step grand-children and three great- grandchildren.
