Mike Weems, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, in Stephenville, Texas.
He was born on October 25, 1945, in Comanche, Texas, to John and Wilma Raye (Gotcher) Weems. Mike loved his family and, for fifty-two years he was a truck driver, a job which he absolutely loved. When he wasn’t working he liked nothing better than watching war moves and reading.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Browder and husband Joey of Bangs; sons, Michael Weems and wife Darla of Brownwood, Clayton Weems and wife Kesstra of Bangs, Thomas Weems and wife Noni of Brownwood, and Troy Weems and wife Katy of Clyde; grandchildren, W.R., Aaron, Paige, Amber, Kimberly, Khaleesi, Lucius, Adrain, Jeramaya, Ali, Starla, and Kayden; sister, Janetta Blackwell; brother, Burton Weems; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Wilma Weems; sister, Carla Marie Weems; and nephew, Braden Summers.
