BURIAL:  Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche VISITATION:   Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Friday, October 18, 2019, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Misty Ann Salter Marple, age 46, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019 in Red River County, Texas. Misty was born on March 5, 1973, in Sweetwater, Texas to Charles Don Salter and Georgeann (Scott).  She was an accountant for 18 years and worked at ABF Packing in Stephenville, Texas. She loved spending time with her boys doing all sorts of things like: scuba diving, shooting guns and being outdoors, and attending Ranger and Cowboy Games. She enjoyed having her sons’ friends over and treated them as her own. She loved to travel just about anywhere and enjoyed vacations with her mother. Misty also loved her dogs very much. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Comanche. She is survived by her two sons, Tyler Marple of Oklahoma and Tanner Marple of Stephenville, Tx; her mother, Georgeann Salter of Comanche, Tx; a brother, Scott Salter and wife Jayme of Hico, Tx; three nieces, Jessica Ogden, Madison Ogden, and Brooklyn Salter; and an aunt, Judy Scott of Comanche, Tx. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Don Salter and special friend, Perry Fetterolf.
