Olive Millican

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche. VISITATION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. Olive DeAlva Millican, age 93 passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, in Comanche, Texas. She was born on May 23, 1918 in Comanche County to Willis and Mary C. (Carter) King. On November 16, 1935, she was united in marriage to Ben T. Millican in Comanche. He preceded her in death on August 28, 1985. For many years she was employed by Comanche Manufacturing. Olive retired in 1985. She was a Baptist. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, James and Betty Millican of Odessa, and Gary and Doris Millican, also of Odessa; four grandchildren, Jimmy, Tami, Teresa and Gary, Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Brittany, Garrett and Cody; and sister, Lena Keeter of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by infant son, Joe Lynn Millican.
