GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, April 8, 2014. CEMETERY: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas Paul Mullins, age 72, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014, in Comanche, Texas. He was born on July 14, 1941, in Manasses, Virginia, to Rufus and Edna Nervest (Holyfield) Mullins. Paul was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served in the United States Army. He was a truck driver for Chapperal Steel in Midlothian until he retired. He was a member of VFW #9299 in Alvarado and American Legion also in Alvarado. Paul was a member of New Life Church in Cleburne. He is survived by three sons, Gary Mullins, Jr. and wife Ronda of Burleson, Jimmy Collins and wife Tracey of Burleson, and Jeremy Collins and wife Melissa of Burleson; three daughters, Rhonda Alderman of Comanche, Trisha Graham of Dublin and Angie Pena of Waxahachie; eleven grandchildren, Brooke Adams, Samuel Alderman, Austin Graham, Gary Allen Mullins, Kyle Mullins, Bailey Mullins, Ryan Purdy, Misti Ivy, Zack Grieger, Brittney Grieger and Hannah Collins; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Warren Mullins and wife Elaine of Virginia, James Mullins and wife Jeannie of Virginia, and Bobby Mullins and wife Carol of Tennessee; three sisters, Eunice Hammond of Virginia, Elizabeth Helowitz of Arizona, and Marlene Le Haney of Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews; two former wives, Venita Mullins and Reba Collins. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Taylor Mullins; three brothers, Cullen Mullins, Quentin Mullins, and Kermitt Mullins; and three sisters, Norma Jean Boggs, Anna Ruth Lewis, and Reba Joyce Mullins and first wife, Mary Ellen Kidwell.
