Peggy Love

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 23, 2017, at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche. VISITATION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Thursday, June 22, 2017, from 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Peggy Mae Love, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, in De Leon, Texas. She was born on September 30, 1939, in Dublin, Texas, to Willie and Eula Mae Phifer. On November 19, 1956, she was united in marriage to Billy Mack Love in Comanche. He preceded her in death on December 12, 2001. For many years Peggy worked in the records department of Comanche Community Hospital. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her daughters, Billie Ruth Goodwin of California and Melinda Jean Love of Comanche; son Mickey Lynn Love of Comanche; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; brother, Mickey Lee Howerton of Comanche; and sister, Dorothy Fae Patterson of Comanche. She was preceded in death by her son, Glen Mack Love, and brother, Billy Grumbles.
