MEMORIAL SERVICE: A memorial service will be held in Dickens County, Texas at a later time. Robert Hicks Hawley, age 61, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015, in Comanche, Texas. He was born on February 17, 1953, in Dickens County, Texas to Virgil R. and Fern (McCormick) Hawley. On June 15, 2001, he was united in marriage to April Markley in Comanche. He was employed by Comanche County Precinct #1. He is survived by his wife, April Hawley of Comanche; son, Clayton Hawley of Comanche; daughter, Stacey Hawley of Comanche; step-son, Cory Jacobs of De Leon; step-daughter, Sandy Webb of Hamilton; sister, Gayle Taylor of Dickens; sisters, Doris Hawley and Linda; and brother, Neal Hawley of Westbrook. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Fern (McCormick) Hawley and one sister, Rita Hawley.
