FUNERAL SERVICES: 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. BURIAL: Wolf Valley Cemetery in Brown County (near Rising Star). VISITATION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. LUNCH: Community Center in May following the graveside service. Sandra Jean Lancaster Allen, age 68, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013, at Baylor Regional Medical Center in Plano, Texas. She was born on February 3, 1945, in Gorman, Texas, to Bud and Beatrice Lancaster. On June 1, 1963, she was united in marriage to Butch Allen in Gustine, Texas. For many years Sandra taught cosmetology. Later she worked as a nutritionist at Johnson County Extension office. She was a loving wife mother and grandmother and a wonderful homemaker. She was a member of Eastern Heights Non-Denominational Church in Cleburne. She is survived by her husband, Butch Allen of Grandview; son, Thom Allen and partner John Lindsay of Plano; Daughter, Rebecca Cole and husband Ronny of Burleson; granddaughter, Cassidy Cole of Burleson; sister, Nancy Quade of Duster; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Lancaster, and her parents, Bud and Beatrice Lancaster.
