VISITATION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Wednesday night from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. LUNCH: Family will have lunch at Hasse Baptist Church following the funeral Services. Shala Kay McDonald, age 48, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2013, in Comanche County, Texas. She was born on May 11, 1965, in Brownwood, Texas, to Brown and Patsy (Cupps) Brooke. On April 28, 1984, she was united in marriage to Glynn McDonald in Comanche. Shala worked for Brownwood Regional Medical Center. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her husband, Glynn McDonald of Comanche; one son, Chad McDonald of Comanche; brother, Jeff Brooke of Brownwood; sister, Susan Wilson of Corpus Christi; nephew, Jason and nieces Melanie and Laura.
