Pittman, age 87, passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2010, at Comanche County Medical Center, Comanche County, Texas. He was born on March 23, 1923, in Pomona, Missouri, to John T. and Pearl Mae (Wood) Pittman. On April 25, 1942, he was united in marriage to Connie Marie Watson in Blake Baptist Church in Brown County, Texas. She preceded him in death on November 21, 2009. Mr. Pittman was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army. He was an inventory specialist for Exxon Mobil Corporation. He is survived by daughter, Sandy Clark of Comanche; son-in-law, Frazier Clark of Comanche; daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Ray Frazier, of Abilene; two grandchildren, Donna Jones and husband, Dusty; and Jimmy Ray Frazier; three great-grandchildren, Colten Jones, Caden Jones, and Lleyton Ray Frazier; and one sister, Bettie Jane Singleton of Corsicana.
