Tiena Griggs

Tiena Renea Fields lived a full and happy life until she passed away on Tuesday evening, December 3, 2024. She is survived by her 5 children: her two daughters, Amanda Suniga and Samantha Khanal; along with her three sons, Tor Constancia and wife Kim; Dustin Constancia and wife Micha; and Benjamin Griggs and wife Dedee. She loved her children deeply and unconditionally and devoted her life to them. She is also survived by her greatest pride and joy, her 9 grandchildren: Jasmine and her partner Nathan; Alaina, Aiden, Marley, Dante, Joon, Autumn, Dylon, Zoie, Corben, and Logan. She was also blessed with 4 great grandchildren, Lucas, Sirus, Jasper, and Alekay. She loved her 25 nieces and nephews and 31 great nieces and nephews as her own. There were no miles she wouldn't travel, or oceans she wouldn't cross to be there for the ones she loved.

Tiena Renea Fields was born on August 24, 1961, to her loving parents, Bobby Fields and Susie Cook Fields, who both proceeded her in death. She will be greatly missed by her brothers, Mike Fields and Tony Fields, his wife Donna, her little sister, Shiela Davis, and her husband Bobby. She was born and raised in Comanche, TX and attended school at Comanche I.S.D. and graduated from Sidney I.S.D. She had over 100 aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members who will miss her dearly. Not only did she cherish her beloved relatives, but she was also known to many as Momma Tiena. Her house was never quiet because it was always full of kids who she loved and who loved her deeply. She served her community as an LVN nurse for 35 years. She was strong and outspoken and fiercely protective of the ones she loved. She gave her life serving others with a love that had no bounds. She will be greatly missed, but her love will carry on in the love she passed down to her children and to the community.

Her memorial service will take place on Saturday, December 14th at the Comanche Funeral Home followed by a lunch at Cook's Fish Barn.
