Vivian Hughes passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020, at Western Hills Healthcare Center in Comanche, Texas at the age of 87 years.
She was born on December 8, 1933, in Uvalde to Jimmy and Ethel (Gatliff) McKinney. She was united in marriage to Travis Odair Hughes on April 21, 1951 in Llano. She worked as a Caregiver. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church. She loved her family and helping others.
Survivors include her two sons: Nathan and wife Debbie Hughes of Comanche; Ray Hughes and partner Jo Ann Kirshner of Clifton; two daughters: Sherry Hopper and husband Bobby of Early; Marsha Hidrogo and husband Derrell of Comanche; brother, Darl Hyatt and wife Sarah of San Angelo; ten grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her three brothers: Eddie McKinney, Gene McKinney and Wayne Hyatt.
