MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at East Side Baptist Church in Comanche. Wallace E. “Wally” Frazier, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014, in Comanche County, Texas. He was born on August 11, 1939, in Denver, Colorado, to Wallace Earl George Young and Elsie Emma (Wagner) Young. He was a veteran of the United States Army. On May 6, 1961, he was united in marriage to Sherry Haley in South Gate, California. For many years he was employed by Downey Mower & Saw Company in Downey, California. He was a mechanic and repaired small engines. Wally was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Comanche. He loved, and was a faithful servant of, the Lord and spent many hours studying his Bible and reading books about the Apostle, Paul. Wally loved his family and was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. One of his favorite pastimes was listening to Southern Gospel music. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Frazier of Comanche; daughter, Michelle Cameron of Lewis, Colorado; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Tammy Frazier of Comanche; five grandchildren; and brother and sister-in-law, Wallace and Dolly Young of Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lynn J. and Elsie E. Frazier; one granddaughter, Joy Frazier and one son-in-law, Ronald Cameron.
