FUNERAL SERVICES:  2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. BURIAL:  Oakwood Cemetery VISITATION:  Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, December 28, 2018. MEMORIALS:  If desired family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-9959. Wayne Morgan, age 47, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, in Comanche County, Texas. He was born on January 14, 1971, in De Leon, Texas, to Alton Ray and Frances (Johnson) Morgan. On March 23, 2000, he was united in marriage to Laurie Wiles in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Wayne loved the outdoors.  He was a hardworking man, operating an insulation business and trapping and buying hogs for Southern Wild Game.  He was also the head supervisor for that company’s operations. He is survived by his wife, Laurie Morgan of Comanche; son, Derek Morgan and wife Melissa of Moran; son, Dustin Morgan and fiancé Stephanie of Comanche; son Cody Jordan and wife Courtni of Michigan; daughter, Casey Montoya and husband Rudy of Stephenville; son, Garrett Robison and wife Amber of Dublin; daughter, Lindsay Robison of Dallas; nine grandchildren; brothers, Larry Dale Morgan and wife Lindy of Comanche and Alton Ray “Booger” Morgan and significant other Sheila of Lockhart; sister, Jacqualyn Ruggles and husband Daniel of Sidney; and numerous other family and extended family members. He was preceded in death by one son, Dearl Wayne Morgan, Jr., and his parents.
