Weldon Ambros Bingham, age 90, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2015, in Comanche, Texas. He was born on September 16, 1924, in Comanche County, Texas, to J. K. and Rosie (Smith) Bingham. On October 23, 1948, he was united in marriage to Lona Faye Guill. She preceded him in death on July 14, 2011. Weldon worked as a mechanic for Arthur Chevrolet in Comanche for thirty years. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church. He is survived by four sons, David Bingham and Grinda Lunsford of Abilene, William Bingham of Comanche, Donnie Bingham and Judy Welch of Comanche, and Danny Bingham and wife, Linda of Comanche; one daughter, Mary Lee and husband Louis of Comanche; thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four brothers, Doyle Bingham and wife Jody of Odessa, Floyd Bingham of Georgia, Morris Bingham and wife Patricia of Midland, and Gene Bingham and wife Dena of De Leon; two sisters, Mary Abbey of Comanche, Sue Creek of Comanche; sister-in-law, Ollie Burks of De Leon; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.K. and Rosie Bingham and one sister, Anna Lou Creek.
